All Korean car brands

The car was called the Sibal, which translates as “new start”. Later in 1960, the mass production began by Shinjin Automobiles (new beginning); they launched the Shinjin Publica with the help of Toyota. The Korean government decided to help the development of the local car industry and announced an “Automobile Industry Promotion Policy” in 1962.
